Year-End Giving Campaign

Our Year-End Giving Campaign is all about ensuring our programs continue to be a staple in the communities we serve. Across communities in Franklin County and the North Quabbin, families and individuals, elders and children come to us for support. We provide them with food and a sense and dignity as we build community with our neighbors.

Karen (pictured above) started coming to the Orange Pantry regularly when her SNAP benefits were cut down to $30 a month. With barely enough room in her household budget to cover a tank of gas, she knew she needed help. As a caregiver for her grandchild who was born with a congenital chronic illness, Karen can breathe a little more easily knowing that she can come to us to stock up on fresh produce and household staples to hold her family over from week-to-week.

Our job is to show up for our neighbors. During the pandemic, we have been a crucial resource for thousands of families just like Karen's. As hunger rates have risen, we rose to the occasion with intention and dedication. We transformed our sit down meals into to-go distribution sites, we developed pop-up pantries at our community meal sites to supplement our hot meals, we expanded our outreach programs, we began offering household deliveries for our Orange Food Pantry and Orange Community Meal site, we launched a new meal site in Northfield, and more. As the need has grown, we have grown with it.

Now, we are asking you for your support so that we can continue to show up for those who need us most. Help volunteers like Jack & Keith in the video below put food on the table for those who can't.

Our community is our most valuable resource. Thank you for joining us as we continue to build community, together.
